Getting started
Sign up and sign in
Install VuDrop from your platform's app store and you land straight in the dashboard.
Install the app and link a device
Install the app from Google Play. VuDrop Open Dashboard → Devices to get a QR code, then scan it in the app to link the device.
Record the packing
With the app idle, scan a shipping label barcodeand recording starts. When the parcel is sealed, scan the done QR— or scan the barcode again — to stop recording and upload.
Review and share
Find your recordings under Dashboard → Clips. Search by tracking number and create a share link for the buyer.
Record a return inspection
Record the inspection the same way when a return arrives. Capturing the item's condition on video heads off disputes.
About the QR stickers
Download the done, cancel, and return stickers from Dashboard → Stickers. Print them, keep them on your packing bench, and hold one up to the camera when you need it.
- Packing done — stop recording and upload
- Cancel — discard the current recording
- Return inspection — start recording in return-inspection mode

Which phones work? ▼
Any phone running Android 7.0 or later. Install VuDrop from Google Play.
How long are videos kept? ▼
From 14 days on Free up to 35 on Unlimited, depending on your plan. You can mark important clips to be kept beyond that.
Is there a free plan? ▼
Yes — the Free plan covers 10 recordings a month. No card needed, just sign up.
Can I connect more than one device? ▼
It depends on your plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Growth, 3 on Scale, and 10 on Unlimited.
What if the internet drops while recording? ▼
Recording is saved on the device, so it carries on regardless. The video uploads by itself once the connection is back.
